While Signature Dental Management Company opened its doors in South Florida in 2018, the concept had been forming ever since Owner Alexis Ingraham took her first hygienist class back in Maryland in 2002. Her love of dentistry led her to discover a need in the marketplace – effective management of dental offices.
Signature Dental Management Company is built on a foundation of knowledge, experience, and customizable options for everything from services to contracts to fees. We are always honored to become trusted partners with our clients, allowing them the freedom to do what they do best—take care of others.
We do not own dental practices, but we are experts at managing them.

Alexis Ingraham
Alexis is the Owner and President of Signature Dental Management Company. With over 17 years of experience in the dental management industry, she has a strong understanding of dental practice management, process improvement, project management, and operations.
Originally from Florida, Alexis started her dental career in 2002, while living in Maryland. She had always been fascinated with teeth, so when her own hygienist told her what a great profession it was, she immediately enrolled in a “beginning dental assistant” class at Baltimore City Community College. It didn’t take her long to realize she found exactly what she was meant to do. She enrolled in additional hygiene classes and loved them all, especially the surgery class.
Alexis worked at a dental office, while enrolled in school and soon worked her way up to the management level. In 2007, she moved to South Florida and worked as a temporary worker in various dental offices. During this time, she increased her experience with office management operations, office management tools and policies, and insurance protocols.
In 2018, a combination of Alexis's knowledge of the dental industry, office management experience, and excitement for the future of dentistry motivated her to branch out and launch Signature Dental Management Company.
Outside of the office, Alexis serves as Secretary on the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Broward/Palm Beach Chapter Board of Directors. She is an avid runner and has competed in numerous half marathons throughout the state. But no role gives her as much joy as being a mother to Ari, age 11, and stepmother to Tiara, age 15. When she is not working, serving her community, or running, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
